Join us for a spectacular evening as we transform Lola’s Diner into an exquisite candlelit dining experience, we proudly present our exclusive FLAMBÉ EXPERIENCE! Experience the thrill of watching our Red Seal Cordon Blue certified Chef Brian Vickery and his assistant Chef Lindsay Sinclair expertly flambé your selected dishes right before your eyes. With a thoughtfully curated menu designed to cater to all tastes, this promises to be an unforgettable dining experience. Dinner is $45 PP plus tax and includes all 3 courses. Gratuities not included. Tickets are all pre-sold in advance to allow for preparations based on your personally selected dining experience.
Bookings are available for Friday March 22 and Saturday March 23 with seating between 5 pm and 8 pm.

THE FLAMBE EXPERIENCE MENU
MENU STARTERS: (choose from 2 starter options)
1. DECONSTRUCTED CAPRESE SALAD: A modern twist on the classic Caprese salad, featuring fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil served with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and a sprinkle of sea salt.
2. MUSSELS PROVENÇALE: Succulent mussels cooked in a flavorful tomato-based Provençale sauce with garlic, herbs, and a touch of white wine.
MENU ENTRÉES: (choose from 3 entrée options)
1. SHRIMP SCAMPI FLAMBÉ: Jumbo shrimp flambéed in a rich sauce, served over a bed of pasta tossed in a savory sauce. Accompanied by a selection of sautéed seasonal vegetables.
2. IRISH WHISKEY CHICKEN FLAMBÉ: Tender chicken breast chunks flambéed in Irish whiskey, served with a creamy sauce over a bed of pasta. Complemented by a selection of sautéed vegetables.
3. STEAK POIVRE FLAMBÉ: A succulent peppercorn steak flambéed to perfection, served with roasted potatoes, whole French green beans, and heirloom carrots.
MENU DESSERTS: (2 dessert options to choose from)
1. BANANAS FOSTER: Sliced bananas caramelized in a buttery rum sauce, served over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of caramel.
2. CHERRIES JUBILEE: Fresh cherries flambéed in a luscious cherry brandy sauce, served warm over a scoop of almond ice cream. Finished with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
Full bottle wine and champagne service available. This extraordinary and unique dining extravaganza will be something you will never forget!
Lola’s Diner is open 7 days a week on Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 2 pm, and Sundays 10 am to 2 pm. Please check out our regular breakfast and lunch menu available every day except Sunday. Lola’s is also available for private bookings and evening special events.
