LEO provides Home & Community support services to seniors over 60 and adults with disabilities throughout Sarnia and Lambton County.  Services offered include: personal care/ home help, caregiver respite, meals on wheels, accessible transportation, home maintenance, client intervention, diners club, friendly visiting, fitness classes.
